Entering Glides into system

Please enter accordingly based on the "IF" scenario:

If the customer is purchasing the chairs and would like the options glides on the chairs:

• Select the glides in the configurator for the chairs so it pulls the inventory
• For the cost- use Glide Fee (this is not configurable)- You will need to manually enter in the description-
• Do not use _custom as that will show it as a list price instead of net

 

If the customer is purchasing only glides or is wanting additional sets of glides:

• Use Glides (this must be configured)-Then select the glides you need-(If it is not configured it is not taken out of inventory)
• Always make sure you are selecting the glide that works with the base type they have and the color
